Standard of products
OUR STANDARD OF MANUFACTURED FURNITURE - INDIVIDUAL ORDERS
1. Front panel is depending on the "Buyer's" choice.
2. Carcass of the cabinet is made of white melamine chipboard (#18 mm). Visible edges have got 1 mm PCV or ABS edge banding, not visible edges have got thin edge badnig.
3. Recess piece is made of white carcass board or in the same colour as front panels. The edge banding is made on 3 sides.
4. Plinth’s height is 100 mm or 150 mm. It is finished with PCV gasket at the bottom.
5. Postformed work top’ s thickness is 28 or 38 mm. Side edges have got PCV or HPL edge banding in the same colour as the work top.
6. Lower cabinet’s height is 720 mm + regulated legs 100 mm or 150 mm; lower cabinet’s depth is 560 mm + 3 mm shock absorber + 19 mm front panel. There is a possibility of different dimensions after consultation.
7. Upper cabinet’s depth is 300 mm + 19 mm front panel. Available heights are: 270, 360, 435, 577, 720, 850, 990 mm.
8. Visible side is be made of carcass board or the same material as the front panels.
9. In lower cabinets there is one shelf, holes for shelf are placed on 8 different heights.
10. In upper cabinets the number of shelves is depending on the height of the cabinet. Holes for shelf are placed on 5 different heights.
11. Drawer is in system BLUM METABOX or TANDEMBOX, depending on client’s choice (www.blum.com).
12. Hinge is with angle of opening 100°.
13. Assembly strip for hanging upper cabinets is included.
14. In all doors there are PCV shock absorbers 3 mm thick or pneumatic shock absorbers depending on client's choice.

Types of front panels for your kitchen in e-store
1. Front panels made of painted MDF. Righ side is painted on chosen colour, left side is covered with white melamine. Selection of front panels' colours is shown on our web-site and all available colours are shown in colour samples. Thickness of front panels is 19 mm.
2. Front panels made of HPL (high presured laminate) with wooden oak trim. HPL's colours according to colour samples - on web-site you can see only a few examples. Thickness of front panels is 19 mm - chipboard covered on both sides with HPL in the same colour. HPL is one of the most durable and resistant to mechanical damages material used in furniture industry.
3. Front panels made of raw chipboard covered on both sides with veneer with wooden trim. Front panel's colours are shown in our e-store and in colour samples.
4. Aluminium frame with satinato glass is available only in limited number of cabinets - details on web-site.
